As 2020 came to a close, I took some time to reflect about the year on a global scale. Through my passions for graphic design and social justice, I highlighted a handful of the people and major world events that left echoes in my mind as time evolved. Without a doubt, 2020 hit us all in the gut. But in the midst of it all, there were valuable teachings that brought us together in ways like never before.

One of the art forms I have explored is vector illustrations. I have used Figma and Adobe to recreate portraits of friends and family.

Stay Woke is a youth non-profit organization encouraging a culture of social awareness through creativity, in order to amplify youth voices and build a community of youth change makers. As a Graphic Designer, I created weekly posts touching on various social and awareness justice issues.
